Barclay House Apartments is an awesome place to live in. It has all aspects well covered - staff, maintenance, amenities. But the main issue is the parking - 64 parking spots for 75 apartments do not make sense at all. I hope the authority will take this concern into consideration.

I've been living here for over 2 years and I am sure that the staff here are the best! Even though this apartment is old everything is clean and well-maintained which I really appreciate it.

I have been living in Barclay House Apartments since the 4th of September. The environment here is really up to the mark. The staffs as well are very supportive. Speaking of the amenities, starting from the elevators to laundry - everything is top-drawer. The rent here is a bit high, which is turn could be explained being an on-campus housing. Also, I go to campus on foot everyday cause it's only 5-8 minutes waling to wherever my classes are! I would absolutely love to recommend Barclay House Apartments for a cooperative, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood!

The biggest plus of getting an apartment here is that its within the campus. Campus housing options are limited and it generally gets filled with freshman so the proximity of this property to different amenities around the campus is great.

My cabinets are SO deteriorated and it would be cool if water hester didnt leak all the time, also the paint color is hideous and parking is WAY too expensive BUT maitenance is great and I love the pool
