Good not great

Fairly good place to live. No amenities to speak of. You'd think that would keep rent down, but it hasn’t. If rent goes up on my next renewal I’m definitely leaving. I can’t justify spending any additional money on a pretty teeny tiny apartment. It’s gone up more than 10% two years in a row. Marie’s next door occasionally has concerts on Monday nights, which is really odd and keeps me up.

Best price for location

I moved into North Central Village two years ago and this was the first apartment that I have wanted to renew my lease. It is on the outskirts of downtown so you can still have the experience of living in the middle of the city without the hustle and bustle. Parking for guests is accessible and I rarely hear my neighbors. Very pleased.
