This apartment takes section 8 and low income but when you go to the office to get your rent adjusted. They say they don't. How if you are income base and section 8 ready. Never answer maintenance calls, no one is ever in the office. Things stay broken for two weeks or more at a time no locks on bedroom are bathroom doors. They are only open two days out f the week. This property needs major help. And the parking and flooding is crazy.

Small quiet complex the only downfall is the place needs an upgrade. As well as more amenities the playground being remodeled would definitely help. Probably would also be better to have more than pne dumpster on site as the trash does build up.
