Staff and maintenance

The availability of the staff and maintenance is poor. When I first moved here they were on top of maintenance, you were able to talk to someone and get things resolved in a timely matter. I would hate to use the word slumlord, but it’s going there. The houses are falling apart and maintenance is not available Neither is staff. It is sad. That companies are resorting to a computer to do their jobs. I think it’s funny that they expect you to still pay your rent but the quality of the house and maintenance and staff is very poor. Quick to throw up what’s in your lease agreement but don’t realize that there are part of that lease agreement as well. We have to do better.

Needs a lot

There’s a lot of things that is wrong with my house they need to be fixed. I’ve never been so disappointed in all the eight years that I’ve lived here with the quality of how their housing company is running. They still expect their rent every Month. But it takes forever to get anything fixed. Trying to be understanding. Wallick communities Elims Estate property.
