It's cheap, it's in a decent location, most of the people working here are nice, but the other tenants and their children leave a lot to be desired. There's a lot of issues with smoking to the point it's hard to even walk outside at times. Noise is also another issue, not even from your neighbor but people blasting music outside for hours on end, all hours of the day and night. The buildings are obviously poorly built since noise does travel a lot and people are not respectful at all. The kids are poorly behaved in general and don't care about anyone's vehicle or personal possessions. I watched a teen destroy some young kids scooter one day and he then proceeded to smack young kids around. There's also a huge problem with the homeless wandering around here. I would look anywhere else if I had to do over.
