Love Living Here

Station Lane apartments are amazing for the most part. They are affordable, especially for only being 5-10 minutes max from downtown and Wilton. They are updated and have really nice finishes, like stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a fridge with filtered water and ice. We have had minimal issues with noise; nothing that has disrupted us. The balconies are so nice. Overall, I would highly recommend living here and we love it. A few downfalls to make this review honest, there is definitely not enough parking for the amount of people in the 3 buildings. There is also no ammenities (a gym, dog park or pool) so if those are important to you, you won't find them here. Lastly, despite multiple attempts to contact management, neighbors downstairs smoke and the scent penetrates throughout the building which is highly frustrating. Other than that, we love it.

Overall good response to the problems is good maintenance is awesome. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely have to do something with the parking. Clearing of the snow is great response to problems is great.
