overall nice

I was the second person to move in this establishment. My only problem is the parking. Ive had a family member car get towed about 5 times. I paid for it because its embarrasing.

My personal Review

Beautiful apartment and a great price for all amenities included however, the noise at night by other residents and people outside (nearby areas) tends to get in the way of the experience. The location has a it to do with, not to mention its also low income based which has a lot to do with the situation. As to maintenance, there are some things that are kept up and other that take a while as far as what I've noticed. The leasing staff (Dawn) is amazing!
