6 months ago I rented a storage unit from roc Indoor Storage and I requested an outdoor unit to have access for small trailers and other things. First I will say I love and fear technology , but this place has the most updated and easy to use system for access and security.. I updated an app on my phone, which gives me access through the main gate and unlocks my unit. The amount of Security cameras And the high fence that encloses the whole property Gives me a great feeling That my belongings will remain secure. I have had to access my unit several different times in the past six months and every time was done with ease. I also have to mention the cleanliness and how well-maintained the places kept.. As a business owner myself, I appreciate it. Well run establishment. ... Read more

This place is amazing. I have rented from different companies and non of them come close to how easy, convenient and affordable this one place is. Is super clean and bright. The owner Mike when I had a question answered the phone immediately. He was polite and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who hates the hassle of renting a storage unit. When I was done clearing my storage space I called the number and Mike once again answered on the spot and took care of the rest. This was by far the easiest thing I’ve done all year. Cleanest ,safest, easiest and amazing customers service ( which is hard to find nowadays)experience. 5 stars all the way!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at rocINDOORstorage - 63 Steko Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 260 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by rocINDOORstorage - 63 Steko Avenue start from $92 and can go up to $265 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
