If you need lots of storage, the basement is a great place for holiday decorations, totes, etc. Our 1-bedroom apartment floor plans include an open layout dining and living area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in-home washer/dryer, faux plank flooring and/or plush carpeting, private covered front entrance, and a patio/balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or end of day cocktail.
