It was great at first! Then they started moving in people who does not value a clean and safe environment. Every other month the doors are broke. Addicts hangin around the building at times. Tenants and people never clean up after their pets. It could be worse I suppose.

the building and super crew are nice and keep the building, however it is not fair that we cannot use the outiside space on the 7th floor there should be a gate or something if they are worried about people getting hurt

Been here for 5 years, and have had continuous leaks for 3 of those years. All they do is patchwork.
