The rental office is never open. The hours are limited to start but for real, there is almost never anyone working in the office. What a coosh job!

Front door has been broken for months, will not get fixed or replaced anytime soon. Building use to have a crew cleaning daily but now justone person slpot cleaning once or twice aw week.

It's quiet here and that's what I like best. Maintenance will resolve any problems in adequate time. Activities director is friendly and always has a smile on her face. Can't say the same about the manager though. She is unapproachable and has a look of why are you bothering me. I keep hearing that she's going to another property but to no avail. She should not be working with the public. The person who hired her is to blame too. Rent goes up EVERY year. I thought this was a place to help seniors with limited income. Will be priced out soon as there is only so much money. Location is good. Parking is so - so as too many people have reserved spots that are NOT handicapped people. Community laundry here and lots of residents have small pets which is cool but the machines are full of pet hair. Yuck. I wish people were more careful. Thank - you.

I have lived here since 2015, moved in with my husband but when he passed I stayed because we both loved it here and I didn't want to leave. I enjoy the activities, I do a lot of walking and there is so much opportunity to walk both inside the complex and outside around the grounds. I have many friends here and I especially love the central location, grocery stores, gasoline, post office, library and fast food as well as restaurants are all within 1/2 to 3/4 mile from my apartment, allows me to limit my driving while having everything I need. This is my home!

Very happy about most everything just wish I had lights in the bedrooms as I'm blind from left eye and right one vision is very low.i am grateful I have a roof over my head specially beeing a low income dissable senior.
