Would love to see removed esential grass landscaping replaced with something people friendly, but otherwise really happy here. Good neighbors, exceptional staff. Well maintained property.

((IF YOU DID NOT HAVE A CAR OR DON'T RIDE SHARE YOU HAVE CHOOSEN AN EXCELLENT HAVEN TO RESIDE COUPLED WITH CONVENIECE, RECREATION, VALUE & MOST OF ALL PEACE OF MIND)) STAFF IS THOROUGH, HELPFUL, FESTIVE & CONCERNED, MAINTENANCE IS QUICK, KNOWLEDGEBLE, POLITE & PROFESSIONAL. Living at Apache Pines is simply "Remarkable" under every circumstance. Firstly, the staff is professional, energetic, fun, organized, focused on the desires of the entire community. The location is amazing! awesome! unbelievable. You do not have to have a car to live and thrive here. Maintenance is polite and respectful. The amenities are always clean and once again the staff makes the residence feel apart of the community with a calendar of all holiday celebrations giving Apache Pines a "resort" feel. Parking is abundant.
