When I moved into this property, I was assured by management that my rent would not increase based on my income. This property constantly raises rent, over thirty percent since I moved in, even though I make a little over 2/3 what I made when I moved in. Wages have not kept up with the constant rent increases. To the investors in these properties, 350.00 dollars a month is nothing. To me it is the choice between nutritious meals and doing without.

Nice location, close to Whitefish beach, big mountain ski resort and downtown Whitefish. Parking is limited. Amenities are a shared laundry room and a playground

We have enjoyed staying in our place On Edgewood Place. Recent changes have made things better. It would be nice if we had one or two meet and greets Or like a flea market day, something like that. It seems like the new maintenance personnel is eager, and Diligent. The new house manager is doing great you can count on her to get the job done.

I haven’t been here for an entire year yet, but this place is nicer than alot of apartments that I have been to. It is a small unit for a one bedroom, but it’s nice. It would be nice if it was slightly more spacey, but a roof over your head is better than none. It can be loud at times, especially when parents don’t tend to their kids and let them be, but most of the time you’ll hear the train or traffic which you’ll get used too. Being next to the trail system is really a plus especially if you like going on walks, runs, or bike. Now the laundry room has issues, it is onsite, so it is a hit and miss when a machine is open to use. Alot of times other tenants will leave there belongings in the washing machines or dryers, but its mostly dryers for days. Mainteniance is just one guy so he does the best he can to get things done in a timely matter, but he does a good job. In the winters they do have someone that comes in to plow, its not perfect considering not everyone moves there vehicle all the time, but it does happen. The walkways do get shoveled regurly which is pretty nice. Otherwise than that its in a good location, close to Whitefish lake which you can walk to from here, and it’s just a real treat to be here compared to some apartments that I have been to. Next door is Piggyback BBQ so from time to time you’ll smell some good BBQ going on.
