Good landlord and maintenence

Although the places are older, the property manager Jennifer is mindful of that. She is always just so quick to respond even when there isn't emergency maintenance issues. She is also always very thorough. Honestly the best landlord I have had in 15 years of being a renter. The current maintenance guy Jim is I think is his name is super awesome too. He makes sure the job is done right. He ALWAYS cleans up after himself too which is so nice, That is a first I have seen from a maintenance person as a renter. He is always kind, responsive and professional. I hope they keep him on as well for maintenance. I know I can count on him.
