I have lived here about 3 months. My main reason for coming here is because of central air and having a washer and dryer. The other building had wall air conditioner which was almost non existent even with two extra fans. I pay more, but with free parking and the amenities, I am very satisfied and hopefully will be able to stay here in the future within my income level.
