Love living here

5 stars and more! We moved to Gray Stone Flats in November 2021. We couldn't be happier with our new flat. New construction, they opened in 2021! Kayla is our Community Property Manager and she is truly awesome, taking care of the residents questions and needs very well. The lease signing and moving in process was smooth and trouble-free. Kayla made the whole process easy and efficient. The Maintenance team is also absolutely spectacular! We have had no issues and nothing major to fix. Our furnace had a small problem in January, but it was fixed very quickly. We are very warm and comfortable in our unit. The added bonus of the Community Room with Caribou coffee and Latte machine is wonderful in the morning. The movie theatre and gym are also great additions! Everyone we have met in our building has been friendly and welcoming. A super nice place to live, very well insulated walls so it is very quiet, nice neighborhood areas to walk outside, and the heated underground garage is magic in the Winter! The location is perfect for us for work and school. Living here feels like a true community. 100% happy experience!
