Since my move to Minnesota two years ago, this has been the only place I have lived and I have been thoroughly pleased with my choice. Our apartment community is diverse, and houses everyone; from single professionals to small families. Everyone does their best to be mindful and seems to be committed to keeping apartment living clean and safe. I enjoy my apartment's layout and sizing for my life style, and it keeps me close to my work situation in the area along with all the necessities needed to make a life here in Minnesota year round. I would recommend living here to anyone who is looking to have a lovely space to rest their head while successfully maintaining a busy lifestyle.

I have been at this apartment for two years! The location is calm and the apartment is much more calmer with security. The house manager, Kayla, goes beyond and above to address the residents' needs and safety. What keeps me here is the amenities, how fancy!! I look forward to more years at this apartment.

Lived here about 2 years, it's average for new "luxury" apartments in the area. Apartments layouts are great, the finishing is decent quality. Complaints are as follows: 1. Garbage pickup was clearly not thought out during the design phase and clogs up the garage entry. 2. High price for the location and lack of quality amenities. Close proximity to a trail, fenced dog run, playground, and outdoor gas grills are a nice touch. Overall it's nice for now!

I have just recently moved in, and I'm really enjoying the new space. Kayla and Diane have been wonderful in helping with my transition, and answering any and all questions that I've had. So far, I would highly suggest to anyone interested in this building, to sign a lease.
