Cozy & Unique

My partner and I have been piving here for over four years now and it’s been the best apartment experience. On site there are optional assigned garages, a playground, a fenced dog park, an outdoor covered picnic/event space with grills, and centrally located is an outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are quietly nestled between a mostly reaidential area and a marsh where during summer nights frogs may be seen hopping along the sidewalks. The staff is friendly and cares for their residents. All of this comes at an affordable and competitive cost that is rarely seen anywhere else in the Twin Cities, and with a vastly greater value than most apartments.

Beautiful Quiet Community

We’ve been living here for going on 3 years now and don’t see ourselves wanting to leave anytime soon! The price is comparable to nearby apartments while offering higher quality amenities, unique floorplans, and wonderfully kind and caring on-site staff all bundled in a quiet location.

Affordable & Unique

After apartment hopping for a couple years, I and my partner settled in Hillside East and have been here for just about 2 years. At prices of similar neighboring apartment complexes, you get access to a swimming pool, community lawn space, lot parking (optional garage), a playground for your kids, as well as a space to let your dog run about outside. We couldn't get even half of those amenities in the same price point as other apartments nearby, yet this community is an excellent location where all the intrusive noises you may here are vehicles coming and going in the lot (but hearing the frogs at night makes up for it). The only amenity that could be needed is a communal weight/exercise room.
