It's been good

I've lived in the community for 2.5 years. It's been a decent place to live. No big issues in my time here. I liked the new management staff. They've been very fair to me, from a move between units to me moving out. Not sure why alot of reviews seem to me then sound like bad guys. Pay your rent on time. Pick up after yourself, be respectful and follow whatever other minor rules there are and there aren't any issues to be had. And give maintenance a break also. There's 200 units in the place. I'd imagine they get 10+ fix it requests a day, and then there'll be a water leak. I'd be pulling my hair out. Anyway, it hasn't been bad here.... But it hasn't always been great either. You just got to take the good with the bad sometimes.

Could be worse

I'm not ecstatic about my unit, as the foot traffic right outside both my window and patio is very apparent and hard to ignore, and the endless, enduring ants are irritating...

Amazing Complex

I have been here for about a year and have had nothing but a great experience here! Neighbors all through the building are friendly, management is also amazing, makes you feel like family, and communication with them is great. They go above and beyond for their tenants. First complex, where It actually feels like home and is comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Maintenance tends to any issues or concerns you may have. Overall great experience.
