Dublin Road Townhomes does not allow pets. Service/therapeutic animals must be approved prior to being added to the lease. Call or email the property to inquire about restrictions on the type of therapeutic animal permitted. The process to have a service or therapeutic animal approved requires: 1. Disability verification form must be signed by applicant/resident and returned to Dublin Office. Management will fax the form to the listed health professionral/clinic to be filled out. 2. If the verification form is returned by the medical professional indicating the need for a service/therapeutic animal the annual vet health certificate form and lease addendums will be completed prior to adding the animal to the lease. The applicant/resident must provide Management with the correct veterinary clinic contact to send the pet health certificate form to.
