Poorly built

Expensive for what it is and cheaply built like most modern apartments

I love my apartment, as well as the location.

I moved in over 3 years ago and really love my apartment. I was hoping that I would never move again...I'm 60 years old. Since I share the apartment with my disabled adult son, and my recently graduated daughter, I am the only bread winner. I sincerely hope I am capable of working enough hours to keep up with the ever increasing rent costs. Coupling rent with all utilities really strains the budget. Erica has always been terrific to deal with as well. It would really help those of us that are senior or disabled to become eligible for a rent freeze. The benefit to you would be the assurance of 708 Mickelson Trail staying occupied and paid. I've never been late on my rent payment and believe we have been model renters. Here's hoping for a Christmas miracle!

Best in Mankato

My husband and I and our cat have lived here for just over a year now. It's great compared to any other rental we've found in Mankato! We've never had any issues with noise which is a huge plus for us. Our unit is right next to a pumpkin patch and there is a walking trail nearby. We love being on the edge of town where it's quiet but still very close to shopping. Maintenance has been quickly responsive and nice people the couple of times we have needed it. The only thing we wish is that there were more of a patio, but we use our garage/driveway and sidewalk to keep some plants and to sit on. Overall, it's the best place we've lived in Mankato over the last 8 years.

Great Townhouse

I've lived in the townhouse for 2 months now and so far its been fantastic! The garage has been great for keeping my car our of some of the more extreme weather this summer, and there has been plenty of parking in front of the building and on the street if needed. The townhouse itself is spacious and has lots of storage both in terms of closets throughout as well as the cupboards and cabinets in the kitchen. Its in great condition, we've only had to make one small maintenance call, but it was addressed in a timely manner. Overall a very good experience so ffar!

I love my (hopefully) forever home!

I love the quiet neighborhood, fabulous and caring neighbors, and the spaciousness of my place. It's proximity is minutes from most places and safe for my kids and granddaughters to enjoy being outdoors. Only a couple shortcomings: absolutely no shade so between that and the inability to keep outdoor seating areas for adults means I cannot enjoy being outside. Dragging chairs and a small table in and out of the garage constantly to entertain guests is problematic. In a perfect world I would have shade trees, at least a community covered seating area and even just a small area to make use of my green thumb. My only fear is the rent cost will rise up, straight out of my budget range.
