My experience living here is okay and I have lived here for 6 years. The only thing I don't like is the rent keeps going up and things are not being done to the building. The building is not being kept up. The roof keeps leaking and the roof has not been replaced, they keep patching it. I like living here because I like my neighbors. I would not recommend anyone to move here until they fix the building and get a rent control for seniors.

The purpose of this review is not to offend but to assist the facility with the content being based upon my personal experience. The facility and the concept is nice but it needs a committed and interactive management team. The current management team on site is unpersonable, unresponsive, and disorganized. They lack the ability to work cohesively with the vunerable population (elderly/disabled). The current team seem to create obsticales by not undrstanding that most have limitations when it comes to technology (i.e. new entry system and rent renewal). There is a lack of consideration for elderly and hadicaped individuals who rely heavily on others to assist them with their day to day basic activities in terms of ADA. When working with with this population one has to have empathy and a level of committment as well as understanding of the needs of the community. Stadium Place on the surface is very nice however there is a disconnect with the elderly and hadicaped community.

Home has been here 8 years, need good security after 5 pm,building needs painting, new furniture in community room and lobby. We understand upkeep costs but security very important. Manager and assistant doing good job but must take care of 2 buildings. This is a wonderful location and mostly quiet except for visitors and neighbors with their dogs walking thru complex.(beep their horns,shout--things they wouldnot do in their neighborhoods).
