Some good and some bad

Pros Income base property Property is away from the street Cons children running up and down hallways no upgrades to the facility or the apartments very dated Used to be a quiet peaceful area. They are moving in new tenants that are roudy, loud and causing issues. Their screening process is not as diligent or investigative. Construction has started since the property was purchased. Not enough information given to tenants on when or how much noise to expect or how long it will take.

About apartment life

I have lived in this community for 13 years. The apartment is adequate for my needs and is a secure building. In times like these, that is an important feature! The building has an elevator that helps me not have to walk flights of stairs to get to and from my apartment. It also has handicapped accessible parking and a recreational room and from time to time they offer "Eating Together" where my neighbors and I can celebrate the holidays together. The rent is reasonable
