Hoping new management will help in getting out trouble makers. And be able to stand firm again anyone trying to bully other residents.

Poorly run

Trash all over the back lot. Outside and around dumpster area. Leaves have been laying in the lot piled up for 3 years. Neighbors tree hanging over lot is a complete nuisance and a danger to resident vehicles. Resident parking should be restricted from the back lot unless the residents live on the side where private parking is provided. I.e. if resident lives on bakewell side then resident should park only on street. If resident lives on 8th street side then resident should be limited to street parking. Residents on the the 7th street/st Clair building should be entitled to the private lot. Furnace filters have not been replaced in almost 2 years. Basement in the st Clair building is damp creating mold/allergies.
