I haven’t had any serious maintenance issues that weren’t dealt with swiftly and accurately. The property manager is always pleasant and professional. The building is kept clean and the tenants are usually mindful of others.

Decent living conditions

There could be more security. I think some tenants need to be reminded that they have to do their part. Several times including today I found a door to the parking lot left open.I can see if someone just stepped out to get something from their car but no there wasn’t anyone around and I quickly closed the door.
