Great management, Nice units

Parkside has awesome management. The buildings are dated but units have been redone. Kindof a rough area but great value and location close to everything ...bus line, Wal Mart, gas station and smoke shop, McDonald's. Several nice playgrounds and great park with summer fountain.

Parkside East Apartments

Apartments that are rennovated are absolutely great. Office staff is mostly helpful delends on which agent you soeak with that day and their mood. They allow chilfren which is fine. The parents do not watch their children. They run wild up and down halls and stairwells. The ruin exit signs, break thing, leave food wrappers and smash food into the hallways. The staff here attempts to stop the kids but to no avail the kids dont listen. The children climb over the fence from apts next door and add to the issue. Please consider this before attempting to sign lease.
