I have lived at e300 for over 10 years and has been an ideal location from where i work and entertain myself in Des Moines. Centrally located in the East Village, on the Buss line and near shops makes it an ideal location.

Perfect place to live in the East Village of Des Moines. People are nice and its hard to get a better location than this.

I am only in Des Moines over the winter months and I am really happy with my choice to live at e300 this year. The property is safe, and clean and the staff has been responsive and friendly. Love the location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. I appreciate that the parking lot is monitored for illegal parking.
