Almost perfect

We've lived here since 2018. Everything has been fine except for the past few months, our heating has not been working. We've put in work order after work order--the heater works for a day or two--sometimes a little longer--then no heat. Cold air blows instead. It is very frustrating. Don't think it's the maintenance personnel's fault--outside "experts" should be responsible for a permanent fix.

Lived here about 2.5 months now and the amenities are nice, location is attached to the skywalk so you can go to places in the city pretty easily and the rent is very reasonable, especially for the city

Terrible Management/Disgusting Dog Park

Management will never give you peace and are rude. You will find additional charges on your account MONTHS after move in that they refuse to remove or "approve" your documentation. You should not use the dog park as it is constantly disgusting and your dog may become ill. If you complain, get ready to be punished constantly by management.

The staff does their best… unfortunately, its an old building and it has its issues. The neighborhood is rife with vandals and homeless, but hey, its downtown.
