Be warned! If you contact their corporate office or leave a negative review on google they will retalite by saying your violating your lease and give you less than a week to clean it up. I thought I getting a great place to live instead I stepped into a nightmare. They have written two maintenance requests using my name which I didn't request and then tried to act like they didn't. I asked them to look at my door handle and all they did was try to tighten it after I had explained it was loose. The maintenance man said that they would have to order a replacement and that was back in March. I can hear my neighbors through my walls despite them saying it is sound proof. I have a neighbor above me who sounds like they are bowling. I have had a neighbors dog try to get in my apartment because they weren't on a leash. I have offered to give them a febreze for the package room because of the trash room being right next to it and it causes the package room to stink. There are flies that fly around in the package room. They have told me that I can't leave reviews about any of this even though it's all true. This is a violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). They claim that they give a 24 hour notice which they do not they give you a notice 2 weeks in advance and expect you to remember when they are going to enter. Chapter 562A provides that a landlord shall not abuse the right to access or use it to harass the tenant and, when not impracticable, the landlord shall provide the tenant at least 24 hours notice of the intent to enter. I had to block their emails because they kept bombarding me with social invitations which I want no part of because they expect you to bring snacks and I am not comfortable around a huge group of people. They never told me that you could actually rent furniture. They never told me that they had a 3 month lease. They removed it but when i first looked at their website they said they had a pool they don't.

I have lived in the building for almost a month now, and the sense of community throughout the building is amazing. When you move into a new house/apartment, a big concern is whether you will like/get along with your neighbors. Thus far, every person I have met has been very open to conversation and friendly.

We've lived here since 2018. Everything has been fine except for the past few months, our heating has not been working. We've put in work order after work order--the heater works for a day or two--sometimes a little longer--then no heat. Cold air blows instead. It is very frustrating. Don't think it's the maintenance personnel's fault--outside "experts" should be responsible for a permanent fix.

Lived here about 2.5 months now and the amenities are nice, location is attached to the skywalk so you can go to places in the city pretty easily and the rent is very reasonable, especially for the city
