Jackson Crossing is a great apartment! I always feel safe, maintenance and staff are great! The one thing I wish we had is more parking. If you get home at night after a certain time, there is NO WHERE TO PARK. That is really disappointing because part of the cost we pay to live here includes parking. Another thing that would be great would be more amenities, but other than that I love it here!

poop lining the grass of virtually every building. Nobody picks it up. People leave trash in hallways and it seems as if people aren't learning a lesson/getting fined enough. Rent is raised in price every year with nothing done for the resident.

Great location, haven't really had any problem. Fairly quiet place to live. Only downside is there isn't very many amenities at all and it's still expensive compared to other places downtown with much more amenities. Rent keeps going up more and more every year, another downside.
