Not enough parking for handicap residents

The police is constantly called here for the noise and other violence. The neighbors do not respect one another. It’s filty & junky in the breezeways, neighbors throw trash all around and no one picks it up, it’s extremely noisy! The floors are paper thin. You can’t have a phone conversation because of the noise from the apartment above. My neighbor throws rotten produce on the ground. Management ignores complaints and doesn’t respond to them at all. Cigarettes butt are everywhere in a place that doesn’t allow smoking on the property. I have swept up piles of them from my doors.

The office manager is thrown everything here while upper management turns their head at the problems. This is definitely a property that cares more about money than the wellbeing on their tenants unfortunately.
