Built on a site in North Park that originally housed a medical office building constructed in 1956, Iowa Street Senior Housing now provides 100 1-Bedroom and 20-2 Bedroom rental apartments in a new five-story building that also includes 113 parking spaces in a ground level garage.

I’ve lived here 5+ years. Location is great, with tenant parking garage. Bus stop located a few hundred feet from apt bldg. Admin & Maintenance Staff work very hard. Only negative imo is Security—specifically we tenants feeling vulnerable & are requesting a fob be installed on door opening from garage into apt lobby. Thank you

I love living here. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and Target. It is right on the bus line. Staff is very friendly

goodplace to call home

lived here going on 8 years, specious place to live, and very nice with a very large living room and dining combo, bedrooms are specious....Large bathroom and kitchen area is very nice with several upgrades, and all black appliances....Laundry rooms on all floors with lots of room to fold clothes.... OVER ALL IOWA STREET SENIOR APARTMENTS ARE A VERY NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!!
