I've been living here for 6 months. For the most part, I am happy living at Cape Cod and enjoy being so close to the ocean. The staff is great and respond to resident's needs quickly. The property does see a lot of homeless traffic, however. It is a major drawback of living here. I would not rate the property highly with regard to security even with 3 locking entry gates. This is not the direct fault of management, but more careless and inconsiderate neighbors.

I have lived here for over two years. The Leasing Office staff, Social Activities Director and Maintenance Department are all friendly and responsive to all my needs. In fact, I have never had such quick response to maintenance requests as a renter in any other property. Also, there is an Activities Director that brings events to the community that we all enjoy and can participate in. That is a wonderful feature of the property. My apartment was fitted with all new flooring when I moved in and is spacious and updated. There is ample parking for residents in designated lots or garages and the location is fantastic!! All this at a reasonable price. The only things that could be improved are the noise level and safety, which are just ok.

I've lived at Cape Cod Villas for three weeks. The staff is really great. They are friendly and attentive to resident needs. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The property is clean and very secure. I am looking forward to living here for many years to come.

I just moved in to the Cape Cod, it is small but very quaint the people here are fantastic. They have treated me as though I have been here for years. They are All so warm and welcoming ????. The staff Ms Alexandra and Ms Angela are SuperFantastic!!! They helped me and treated me like I was one of the National Core Family. They were very helpful, friendly and yet professional. I moved here from Indianapolis. Indiana and they made my move worthwhile. I Love the people and I love living here.
