Great Community

We lived there for 2 leases and we enjoyed our time there. The staff is so kind and the amenities were amazing. The events they put on created a real sense of community and we are sad we had to leave such great neighbors. I would recommend people live there, all around we had a wonderful time living there. Living on the Southside however, there is a LOT of noise from the street and the shopping center across the street, but it generally wasn't a bother.

Awesome amenities. Good location to schools. Easy moving.

We we're just suppose to scout the area but opted just to schedule for a tour. Signed lease same day, the whole family just fell inlove with the place. Hassle free moving in.

Persea Vista

The apartments and amenities are great. I wish a farmhouse sink came with the farmhouse faucet. Apartments could use more storage space within units. Floors between apartments could be thicker. On a 3rd lease and it's getting pricey for the location.
