I love living here at the Preserve but the only issue I have is the broken bike in the gym that has been out of service since I moved in. I sent and email and a maintenance request to fix it or buy a new one and when they responded all they said was they fixed it but nothing was actually fixed.

Only here due to being too busy to move. Cant even sneeze without the neighbors hearing me, furthermore I can hear where my neighbors are in their apartment at any given time. There is absolutely no sound proofing at all. I am currently looking to move, hoping to do so otherwise I am absolutely and most definitely moving next year.
