Ave Vista is a beautiful building situated in a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful environs, fantastic restaurants, shopping and an amazing farmers market among so many other local amenities within steps from home. Ave Vista is fully ADA accessible which is helpful for elder family members. The building features apartments with balconies, garbage and recycling shutes on each floor, a community room with many available activities for everyone and a well-maintained laundry room on the third floor. The entire property is secured by CCTV, gates for on-property parking, friendly, attentive and alert staff and a community that respects and looks out for one another. I love living in Ave Vista!

Ave Vista has a range of apartments that suit the needs of all sorts of families. There are single people, disabled folks, small and large families living in Ave Vista and everyone is helpful and friendly towards one another. The location can’t be beat as its close to shopping, restaurants, freeways and many forms of transportation. It is the center of Oakland, near downtown so its very centrally located. All around great place to live.
