Unfair treatment

San Antonio Vista property management does not care about the tenants of the property. Whenever entering the office with questions or concerns they make me feel like a burden. The parking challenges have been handled so poorly. With the new parking project in place you would think management would offer some type of temporary solution but they didn’t. We are just left to deal with it and told not to park here or there and have been penalized for this inconvenience. It feels like they don’t care about their tenants and never address problems when brought to their attention. This is a subsidized building and because vacant apartments are rare and people having limited housing options we have to just deal with all of the unfair treatment and challenges we face residing here. It’s unfortunate the property is poorly managed and residency’s are being treated so poorly.

Honest Review

The noise level is ridiculous sometimes and keeps families awake at night because they can't sleep next to the apartment they share a wall with that like to bump music as late as 3 am. Parking lot seems to always be filled up with people who do not live in the apartments and take up space from others until around 3 am when they all decide to leave from their friends' house who live there. There is little to no enforcement of these rules during the evening leaving many residents having to park in the back. Amenities are fine when they're not being torn down by the kids around this neighborhood and seems like no one gets repercussions for damaging property like the umbrellas or even the light stands because they keep getting wrecked every other month. Maintenance crew are actually really great and do what they can when they are available which is why it is frustrating that they have to be so spread thin between multiple apartments complexes. There are many rules that are not being enforced and management tends to let many things slide for a prolonged amount of time before threatening to do something about their own rules but in the end tend to have the final say as to what can happen. The value is great for what it is worth though despite these issues.

Parking issues

I think assigned parking would be better as I live close to the front gate and office and have to park way in the back by the back gate and walk with my young kids late at night when getting off work. Such an inconvenience for me at times
