We have been here since the beginning. As far as design we live in a dark cave with hardly any windows and sunlight and very poor ventilation. contaminants are many as walls and ceilings get covered in black dust. probably bad for the lungs. flooding from upstairs is a regular occurrence. Noise disturbances such as dogs barking and crying are hardly ever addressed and for a Smoke-free building, ever so often we get the smoker outside the window or upstairs, that finds it appropriate to also throw their halve-smoked cigarette into our balcony. Affordable housing design shouldn't have to be cheap and poorly made, with emphasis on design and the people that will live in them should be the focus. ..But affordable housing right? Also, managers don't have the compassion and humanity to deal with a population that is escaping homelessness by a thread.

I have lived here for about ten years now, and it has been great. Although the apartments are adjacent to the Gold Line, the noise level is relatively low. The premises are clean, and the staff is great. The parking is great, but I would say that it needs more cameras in case of a break-in; there are too many blind spots. For the price, this place is great. I would recommend it to anyone that qualifies to apply to live here.
