Great place to live!

This is was my first time having my own place and the manager here made me feel very welcomed and that made my experience here a lot more happier. Communication is huge to me and shes definitely been great! The apartment is lovely and clean. The only suggestion I would have is to have the hallways washed more often and make residents aware to keep it clean within our building.

My manager is the best, she is so nice to me and my family, she helps me when I have questions. She's so nice and I give her 5 stars her and maintenance also good team both hard workers. Please never let them go.

Nice and affordable

Over it a decent place to live and affordable, lots of requirements for income based but that’s just how it is. Maintenance responds promptly but that doesn’t mean the issue will be resolved / fixed quickly. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves and are quiet. The gas station is another story never a dull moment 24/7 it is annoying.
