Management keeps changing and unable to maintain the workflow to be available to residents to make San Miguel Apartments is peaceful place to live. There's no reason for all the uncalled for fees. A lot more communication with residents needs to improve.

Rent Increase

I don't have a problem with this apartment complex. I do have a problem with the rent going up all the time. Almost $300 in less than two years. That hurts when you live on disability.

Maintenance staff needs improving. They don't show up for appointments and previous work orders marked completed when never done
