Our family has been here going on 7 years. The location is convenient, property is well maintained, and the maintenance staff has always been very responsive. James is amazing with our maintenance needs. The amenities are just ok. They should be more promoted. There are a lot of younger children and teens who live in the complex and there is not very much activity for them. It is also inconvenient that the clubhouse is only in use when the leasing office is open. I have seen at least 3 changes in the office staff. This current staff is less personable and could do more to make the community feel more like a community. The community could definitely use more events for the residents.
