Apt 1313

The members of the Staff and the Maintenance crew continue to be first rate, but the noise around the apartment, cars with no or loudly-modified mufflers, delivery trucks arriving at 5:10am, and neighbors yapping loudly outside after 10pm with no regard for anyone, have declined the overall living experience. Inconsideration and ignorance rule here.

Things are good for the most part. A couple areas of concern are smoking / smoke free complex? Lighting, trash / insufficient dumpsters.
