Could be BETTER
Mgmt changes in the past few years have not been for the best. Have been waiting for s couple of yrs for repairs to be done to kitchen. Was told it wasn't a necessary fix. So my complaint is insignificant or not worthy of action. Been waiting since COVID began. Always some excuse.
Great Place
Superstition Canyon Apartments is a great place to live. It's safe to walk around, nice area, great amenities open 24/7! Never have any issues, sometimes difficulty getting in contact with someone over the phone but every time I stop into the office, I am greeted and helped. They're always helping someone when I come in which is understandable to why the phone wasn't answered.
One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in
Everyone has been super helpful from the very start. I am a little sad y'all close on weekends but I understand and value the fact you have lives as well . Maintenance is so quick thabk you for that! I hope to stay longer than just this lease!
New Office staff
The new lease manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to talk to
Nice Apartments
It is a quiet community with nice neighbors. The floor plans are great and the inside of the apartments are very nice. The pool is gorgeous too! The only complaint I have is the new owners do not have the trash picked up regularly like the previous owners did. Other wise great apartment.
