Our Pet Policy Two pets per apartment are allowed Pet deposit: $200.00 for each pet Pet Fee (non-refundable): $200.00 Pet Rent: $35 for each pet No weight restriction Restricted breeds: German Shepards, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshires, and Wolf Breeds. Hybrids, purebreds, or mixed at any percentage are prohibited from residing at this community. No exotic pets allowed

Great location!! Beautiful Mountain/ Desert Terrain Views!!

Beautiful mountain views! Beautiful desert Terrain! Great dog building! This building has many different dog breeds for people who enjoy pets! If you don't enjoy pets so much there's areas of the building that are not populated by many animals. Any side of the building that you're on you will have a great Mountain view. Greasy hallways that are open so the air circulates. A very cute dog park!! My dog enjoys meeting other dogs! Neighbors are great. Maintenance comes when called. Staff and management is great and easy to get along with and very prompt! Love living here!!!!! There are many singles, families, and children. Great place to live! Love it!!!

Parking

I love the location, front office and your maintenance team is fantastic. Walls are very thin. I can hear my next door neighbor snoring and above neighbor run to bathroom at 1:30 every night. Parking is terrible! I have lived in a few apartments and the parking is by far the worst! If i don't renew my lease again, it will be because of the parking.

LOVE LIVING HERE

I have lived here for almost a year and never have had any issues! The only minor complaint would be parking can be a slight inconvenience at times but nothing major I always find a place just not where I'd want. I could pay extra to have a saved space though so that's ultimately up to me. The staff is amazing at the office as well as maintenance. Just renewed my lease and do not see myself leaving for a long time.

Parking

If you get home any later than 5pm then you're not going to find parking at all. My apartment is located in the southeast corner of the complex and I find myself having to park all the way up by the daycare on the opposite side of the complex. The one plus (I guess) is I don't need to hit the gym because of all the walking I do back and forth from the car.......
