How do I start the lease signing process?

1. Log in to your RentCafe account

Go to www.rentcafe.com and sign in.

2. Click “Sign lease”

Locate the “Sign lease” button.

Clicking this will open the lease signing flow.

How do I create my electronic signature?

After clicking “Sign lease”, a pop-up window will appear.

1. Review your generated signature

Your electronic signature will be automatically created using:

• Your first and last name
• Your initials

2. Choose a signature style

You can select from three available signature styles. Choose the one you prefer.

3. Accept electronic signature terms
