Good Price, Bad Staff

One of the cheapest apartments to rent in San Marcos. A prime location next to the campus. The only issue is the incompetent staff. Other than the inconsistent property managers, it's a great place for a low-income college student to rent.

A LOT of things needed to be done to make it more viable

A LOT of things needed to be done to make it more viable for tenants. The rent should be in the range compared to the amenities provided by the others, so that everyone will feel lot more flexible to stay here for long time.
