For the first time in more than a year, the West is the hottest region for renters nationwide. However, Minneapolis is the most popular city, with more renters saving searches and adding listings to their favorites than anywhere else.

Next, Atlanta is holding steady at #2 for the second quarter in a row. Miami is making waves after jumping 24 spots to make its debut into the top three.
