Love it’s a pet friendly complex, however the mud in and around the dog park has become a nuisance and has made the dog park unusable which is disheartening because it was one of the main reasons I chose to pay higher rent than I could elsewhere. The park itself could use more gravel and if there’s no intention of planting grass seed or placing fake grass for this summer, perhaps we could get a temp walkway from first floor balconies and the 1st floor dog park door to help utilize the amenity.

Its a little overpriced but still nice. very quiet which is really convient just hoping for that movie theathre and pool table
