The apartment above had a leak in the bathroom and it was dripping into our bathroom exhaust fan. I notified maintenance and within 20 minutes Jim and Markus responded. Done an excellent job.

I have been a resident of Mountain View Apartments for 2 years now. I just wanted to give recognition to the staff here they have been fantastic. The grounds are always kept whether the grass is cut, watered, and fertilizer. It’s a pleasant and quite place to live. Maintenance workers always been friendly and effective at their craft.
