Resident
I have lived here for over 2 years and am pleased with the community. Most everything has been great! I would recommend Remington Village Apartments. Renewing a lease is easy and online. Rent price is ok, but has increased from year to year. Maintenance has been prompt with repairs. Exercise room is great, landscaping and trees are calming, bbq grills are available and party room is a great space to rent. The only complaints I have are noisy kids upstairs who play in the hallway or who fight, scream, and what sounds like stomping or jumping in their apartment. Also, parking has been a challenge, especially in the evenings. Management has been good about addressing my complaints.

Love the location it’s nice and quiet neighborhood. Wish the walls and floors were a little bit better so you couldn’t hear your neighbors so much. For the amount they charge each each month do you think the carpet and appliances would stay up-to-date.
