Good location, Good maintenance support, low parking spots

Place has a great location, near grocery stores and restaurants, and is inside a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately, the area where we live has low parking spots, so we always end up parking far from our house to make up for it. There are a few parks around the neighborhood. No noise complaints so far.
