Excited to rent here. The neighborhood is extremely clean and quiet. I love that i can customize my home to my preference

I have vent issue. Because of that very difficult to keep clean. There is little parking enforcement. So many visitors at times and they do not use visitor parking. Therefore I don't have a space reasonably close to my expensive apartment. They had a community cookout and hardly anyone showed up. What does that tell you? A swimming pool should be here based on the expensive rent. I was keeping all this to myself but you keep asking.

I just moved in. I have so far been quite impressed with the polite professionalism of the rental office personnel. Also impressed with the maintenance crew.

The parking spaces are small, its a tight fit in snd out of yout car. For amenities, there’s no pool or playground. I like that the laundry is in unit and the units are big.
